Lovely little cabin and property. Just a stones through from big creek. Cabin was a perfect escape for my wife and I on our anniversary. It’s really close to Mio, so you’re only like a 10 minute drive from great spots on the Au Sable River and stores to load up on supplies. It also had a really nice grill, which made it easy to cook dinners and enjoy the back patio in a quiet and private setting. Owners were great. We would definitely rent this place again.

The cabin was great. Clean and wonderful. The small town of Mio has just enpugh in it to make it a great place to stay. Nick.and Laura were great hosts, everything was setup for our visit and everything was perfect.

Went up to see a meteor shower in the dead of winter and this place was so charming. The wood-burning stove was fantastic (but if you use a lot of firewood the host asks you to chip in a little cash).

We had a great time in this beautiful cabin. It had everything we needed to relax for our long weekend. We loved the two porches and spent most of our time outside. Definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway.

We found the cabin was well equipped. Wi-Fi access worked perfectly. The cabin layout provided plenty of room making it a comfortable place to relax. We enjoyed the outdoor seating with pleasant views. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to prepare meals in.
