This cozy cottage in a quiet neighborhood is surrounded by everything you need. The perfect place for a weekend getaway! You can ride in and out to the ORV/snowmobile trails that tour through national forest, take a 5 minute drive to the Au Sable River and scenic Mio Pond, or spend the day with a unique assortment of shopping. If the weather has you down, cuddle up with a blanket, coffee/hot chocolate, and a movie or board game.

Can accommodate 4 guests.
1 bedroom, 1 pullout couch bed, 1 bath, bonfire pit with roasting sticks included, eat-in kitchen, wifi, and smart TV.

Whole property except basement and garage.

Cottage can be used as trailhead to ORV/snowmobile trails; no need to tow vehicles to trail! Gas station is 2 blocks away for fast & easy fill up.
No parties or events.
No smoking of any kind inside the house; butt cans are provided on both porches.
No pets permitted.
Do not drive or park anything in the yard between the house and garage. ORVs/boats/RVs are to be parked next to northern property line along bushes.
Do not use premises for any illegal activity.
Any damages or excessive cleaning will be billed to the guest & reported to the booking app.
Quiet time: 10pm to 7am
Checkout is at 11am unless previously arranged with hosts 48 hours prior.
Bonfires: please follow Michigan DNR Burn Permit website for any restrictions regarding bonfires for Mentor Township.
Basement is off-limits to guests.
