Adorable place to stay 1 mile from Broadway. Easy walk there. Loved sitting on little porch and watching the barges and groundhogs!Very clean, has Everything you need and more and so cutely decorated. Kim was so easy to work with and we will stay here again !!

Perfect location. Easy walk to lower Broadway. Short ride to Grand Ole Opry. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were super soft. Plenty of dishes pans etc. We loved watching the boats and barges on the river. If we ever get back to Nashville I would definitely stay there again. Big thank you to Kim for sharing her condo with us.

Everything was nice and clean, had no issues on the stay, Host was very nice and willing to help in any way. I really liked the parking being blocked off from the city, made me feel safe about leaving my truck parked for our stay.

Nicely decorated, with everything you need to make it comfortable. Walking distance to downtown and also new nearby restaurants (PennePazze, homemade pasta). Covered parking was nice and pool was refreshing and clean. I would stay again. Thank you!

The condo was perfect for 2 couples. Each had their own room and bathroom. Condo had alot of amenities and very clean. Loved the little balcony on the river side. Good location to get to Broadway where it is happening. The host was always available via messages for anything.

This was such a nice condo. It was well stocked for cooking, the beds were comfy, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony to watch the boats.The location is great easy ride to down town. Communication with Kim was easy and effective. We had a great time in Nashville and enjoyed the cozy condo on the river. Walking to the bars on Broadway was safe and easy for us. Sitting on the balcony with a morning coffee was really relaxing!The living room was charming, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We would definitely come back! Great location just would have liked more kitchen items as we cook a lot. Needed a dish for the oven and a very non plastic items but we understand most people don’t cook on vacation. Over all I would rent it again!
