Beautiful home in the perfect location for both shopping and beach. Dedicated parking is a must in this part of town, so this house checks that box as well. Plenty of seating both indoors and out. We rent for a weekend each year and this has quickly become a favorite.

Ideal location, so much to do nearby!Jody was great - it had been a very long day and we arrived late. I had a little trouble getting in because I was tired and making mistakes, Jody was very patient and kind and walked me through the process.

Very nice place

This rental was very nice and accommodated our family very well. The parking and location was good. There were beach chairs, buggy and cooler to use if needed.

Wonderful host and location

Jody is very nice, and his place is beautiful. We only stayed one night but had a blast. The place is spacious and Jody left a little care package which everyone enjoyed. I hope we can stay again.

Ocean City Retreat

We loved this property - the layout and location were just perfect for our group. Other than one night out for an adult dinner in Somers Point, we never moved the cars.

The place was great and we would definitely come back. There was an issue with the code door, but Jody/Randy were very responsive/prompt to this and any issue that came up.

Excellent spot at the Jersey shore

The location was incredible, the house had so much space, and the front porch offered the serene view and ambience we were looking for. Jody was easy to work with, and accommodated every special request we had. We will definitely look to stay here again for our future family vacations!
