A pretty address to discover, very close to the Côte de Granit Rose... - Ground floor: reception hall with cupboards, living room opening onto terrace, offering a teleworking space and communicating with beautiful fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom with adjoining private bathroom accessible to people with reduced mobility (1 160x200 bed ) (shower and WC), + separate WC. - Floor: 2 bedrooms (4 90x200 beds that can be twinned) with 2 private bathrooms (shower and WC). - Exteriors: private terrace of 55 m², courtyard of 330 m² and private enclosed land of 530 m². At the exit of Lannion, towards the beaches of Trébeurden and Trégastel, this family house has been transformed into your holiday residence. Beautiful volumes, a bathroom assigned to each room: more than comfort, it's real well-being! When you return from your walks, relax on the well-furnished and sheltered terrace. The wild beach of Beg Léguer, 5 km away, will pleasantly surprise you. Bike enthusiasts will be delighted: the greenway passes right next to the house. Also worth discovering: Brélévenez Lannion and its listed church, Lannion and its old buildings, the many scattered chapels: in short, curiosities for all tastes and all ages!

excellent gîte

gite récémment rénové, bien conçu, spacieux. (nous étions à 6 personnes de + de 65 ans) Très bonne situation pour visiter la côte de granit rose. Les + : une sdb et un WC privatif à chaque chambre et une chambre au rdc avec douche à l'italienne pour personne à mobilité réduite. En plus, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Rien à redire.
