Cozy and quaint lake front cottage with boat dock on beautiful Mousam Lake. Great for swimming, boating, kayaking and fishing. Family friendly neighborhood with sandy bottom area all in a no-wake zone. Bring your boat or canoes/kayaks with free state boat launch nearby. 3 spacious Bedrooms are cozy and comfortable all with window AC units. Large open family room with library of movies, books and boardgames. Gas grill and spacious deck. 3 kayaks are provided for your use along with life jackets. Relax by the lake listening to the loons or take a short drive to the coast for a day at the beach. Convienient location, Acton Trading post a quick kayak or walk away for groceries or gas for your boat. Please note: We supply pillows, blankets, cozy comforters you bring all sheets and towels. 2 Full beds, 2 twin beds. Note: We block out 3-4 days between bookings for deep cleaning. MAXIMUM 5
guests.
