Villa Carlivo; a modern villa with private pool that can be heated

This impressive modern villa is perfectly located in Açoteias, Olhos de Água, 5 km’s east of Albufeira.

Walking distance to the local supermarket, cafe's and a selection of great restaurants, a car is not necessary to enjoy your stay in Villa Carlivo.

The pool can also be heated for an additional 200 Euros per week / part week.

Set over 2 levels, the villa boasts lovely country views to the front. Entering via electric gates, the beautiful, traditional cobbled driveway leads to the covered parking area.

Inside, the open plan living and dining area are stylishly furnished with a gorgeous, comfortable leather sofa, flat screen TV offering a choice of English and international channels, glass topped dining table with 10 chairs and a quirky seating area around the feature marble fire place.

Sliding patio doors open out on to covered terraces which are furnished with table and chairs – perfect for dining al-fresco. There is also a fabulous charcoal BBQ.

The kitchen is fitted with sleek white units and a black marble work top. Integrated appliances include fridge freezer, electric oven, electric hob, micro wave, dishwasher and washing machine.

There are 3 bedrooms on the ground level; one with double bed and en-suite shower room and the other two bedrooms each have twin single beds. One has en-suite shower room and there is an additional separate shower room.

On the first floor there are two further bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. One has a double bed and the other has twin single beds. There is also a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool and offering views across the countryside towards Vilamoura and Loule.

Each bedroom, the living and dining area and even the kitchen have hot/cold air conditioning. There is free wi-fi, the windows have electric shutters and a valuables safe is available in one of the bedrooms.

The secure garden and exterior areas of the villa are just perfect. Meticulously tendered shrubs and flower beds surround the villa. The rectangular swimming pool is a great size and offers ample sun bathing areas with sun loungers provided. There is an exterior shower and the swimming pool can be heated (additional costs apply - 200 Euros per week/part week).

The villa overlooks open countryside to the front. There are some beautiful country walks through the pine trees and to the beach.

This is a luxury and elegantly furnished villa, perfect for a family or group holiday in a peaceful area but within close proximity to local amenities.

Açoteias is situated between Vilamoura and Albufeira with the former about 10 minutes by car and the latter just 7 to 8 minutes away. The villa is a short drive from Faro Airport, not more than 35 mins.

Golf courses are plentiful with the nearby 9 hole Sheraton Pine Cliffs within walking distance, while Vilamoura boasts no less than half a dozen courses.

This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.

The property is located 350 m from Açoteias, 350 m from the supermarket, 800 m from the bus stop, 1 km from Sheraton Pine Cliffs golf course, 2 km from Falésia, Belharucas sand beach, 2 km from Falésia, Belharucas rock beach, 9 km from Ferreiras/Albufeira station train station, 13 km from the water park, 30 km from Faro Airport airport.



Travel cots are 25 Euros per reservation and baby chairs 10 Euros per reservation.
