Walk off the lawn onto the Walk Way and them onto the Beach. Superbly designed for function and ultimate beach front living.

Situated at the end of a prime beach front cul de sac, with adjacent reserves.

Property is set amount mature gardens, which makes it very private.

Off street parking with carport. Fenced private yard. Large deck to relax on and enjoy a glass of your favorite wine and watch the sun set over the ocean.

Beach is amazing with good swimming, surfing, kite surfacing ,kayak fishing and diving right at your door step.

Double garage is not for renters use.

Built in Gas Heater for heating.

Pricing per night for 2 people and is based on sharing 1 bedroom. extra charge for 2 people wanting 2 bedrooms.

Bell Block Beauty

Property in a great location overlooking the beach and walkway was an easy 10 minute drive to New Plymouth centre. Property clean and tidy with good amenities, the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Great family escape!

We wanted a comfortable place for the family to relax with a great sea view, and thats what we got. Nice living area, deck and lawn giving the kid space to play and adults to relax. Enjoyed the visit and would recommend it.

Fabulous on Wanaka Bay

Property was outstanding, it was lovely and clean the house has the most amazing view. It's a home that's well cared for. Great communication from the owners.

Spectacular house with Ocean View

The best place we stayed on our entire trip. House was modern and beautiful, spacious, and with plenty of views. Very lovely neighborhood. Modern kitchen with all amenities. Great bedrooms and beds. We felt at home and celebrated Christmas here.

Outstanding vacation house

This property was wonderful. House was clean and well equipped. The sliding doors created lots of indoor/outdoor space. We enjoyed being so close to the ocean. Loved hearing the waves. We were close to all the things New Plymouth has to offer. Pukekura Park is a treasure. Would love to return for another stay.

Far beyond expectations

This was the 2nd time we have stayed at this home, each time chosen by coincidence because it "sounded" so good. We were right; it was wonderful! Wendy is a gem. She visited us twice; both were needed and appreciated. We had other problrms in NZ but this home and host were the highlight.

Spectacular oceanfront home

This beautiful oceanfront home has amazing views, with patio doors that fold open to bring the sound of the waves right in. The location feels very private, with just one home next door. Large open kitchen for easy cooking. Beds were comfy, and bedrooms spacious. Comfortable front rooms invite lounging on a rainy day, and the coastal path to New Plymouth is right in front of the house - perfect for a nice walk or bike ride (NP is about a 10 minute drive, probably close to a 2 hour walk via the path). Nearby market makes it easy to stock up. The hosts were wonderful to communicate with. Highly recommend - we will stay again if we are ever back in NP!

Seaside Location is Terrific

Stunning location, probably the best on the street. Deck and lounge views are just terrific. The lounge itself is the best room in the house, verynicely equipped with comfortable furnishings. If you want to use the beach, or fish or walk/bike the Coastal Walkway, this house puts you in just the right spot. It’s a quiet neighbourhood … the only thing you hear is the waves crashing onshore at high tide and an occasional aircraft given the nearby NP Airport. But you’re still only a 2-5 minute drive to shops and takeout food locations. The house itself is spacious, but a little tired. Like many of the homes on this beachside street, it needs updating. In particular, the kitchen could do with a new set of appliances, bathrooms would be next on the list. It’s definitely liveable, but the home is showing its age when you look closely. We found the beds/mattresses rather soft; while storage space in the bedrooms is very good. Excellent (and ongoing) supply of paper products provided as well as soaps, detergents, etc. The kitchen was well enough equipped for meal preparation at home. The owners are very easy to work with, very helpful and respond quickly to any communication. It does not have a BBQ, which for us would have been nice, also could use a couple of comfy deck chairs, but these are small issues. Overall, we enjoyed a lengthy stay at this home but with a few reservations.

stunning location, house very dirty

the pictures online were of the front of the house, rear entrance was run down, overgrown, dirty. inside of house had dead insects on floor, cobwebs on windows, walls, corners, cobwebs in entry. no screens on windows and warm enough to need windows left open so new bugs throughout our stay. I could deal with that but to walk in to bugs & cobwebs was not good. Ants were in the kitchen on the counters, did find some bug spray but should have had ant traps out so we didn't have to deal with them every morning. We have never stayed in a unit that was so dirty. one area rug had pieces of old food in it. Windows were streaked with hard water, dirt that had not been cleaned in a long time. I could not recommend. really too bad as view of ocean was stunning

Best location for bikers

Fabulous house with everything we needed. There was more than enough room for our family of four. (Our active toddler did need to be supervised closely near the stairs and glass coffee tables). The kids loved the spa bath and watching the planes coming into land. If you enjoy bike riding, this is the place for you as you step out of the back gate directly onto the coastal trail. Also the Taranaki Bike park close by is amazing. It's a really nice, quiet neighbourhood and the views are stunning. Some areas of the property need maintenance which I reported to Wendy who assured would be fixed up so we would definitely stay again.

Great few days away

Beautiful location, great spacious house with easy access to the walkway, beach and small shopping centre close by. The deck overlooking the beach is fantastic. Wendy was great to deal with and very accommodating. Would definitely go back.

Beachfront Luxury

Fabulous house on the beach with great indoor and outdoor space. Amazing sea views. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Great linens and fluffy towels. We had a lovely family holiday.

The perfect family holiday.

We loved our stay here. The views were spectacular, the house was a great layout with lots of room for everyone to have their space. It was a short drive to town for restaurants and shopping and to Mt. Taranaki for a nature walk. The kids had a great time - even our moody teen. Highly recommend the Nitro Naki, an 8-minute drive away - it was the holiday highlight for the kids, racing around a go-cart track at top speed. Thanks to Wendy and John for such a great stay.

Stunning home away from home

From the moment we opened the door we were impressed with the outstanding ocean views. This home away from home had everything we needed and plenty of room for our young family. The sound of the ocean all day and night made our holiday a truely relaxing time. Wendy was easy to get in contact with and a great host. We would highly recommend this property and would love to return again some time.

Peaceful and private by the sea

Great place to get away from it all. At the end of a street, so really private. Deck overlooks the sea which makes it a great place to sit with a drink and enjoy the view. Short drive into New Plymouth to enjoy all the sttractions or just walk off the property onto the walkway if you fancy a bit of exercise. Really enjoyed our stay
