Lakeland Village Resort boasts an ideal location on the south shore of Lake Tahoe, only a mile from the Heavenly ski area and within walking distance of a variety of dining options, parks, and shopping.

This home can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults and up to 1 child under 13 years of age; this applies 24/7. It offers comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 4.

The living room includes a 50" TV, perfect for unwinding with your favorite shows or movies after a day of exploring. The pull-out sofa bed provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for both adults and kids, making this space ideal for small families or couples seeking a peaceful retreat.

Lakeland Village lodge units provide an ideal location for guests seeking convenient access to nearby attractions. Being located near the main road, you may notice some ambient noise, though many of our guests have found it to be a worthwhile trade-off for the proximity to the area’s main activities. The unit comes equipped with a wall-mounted air conditioning unit to maintain a cool temperature during summer months, and additional fans are provided to enhance comfort. Please note, due to the layout, loft areas may feel warmer, but thoughtful cooling solutions are in place to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.
