Wonderful place

We stayed in the New York House for 4 nights with our 2 teenage kids. The accomodation is very nice decorated, very clean and smart. We had a sunny week and could sit and eat in the garden. The communication with Sofia, the owner was good. She reacted fast. We searched for a location close enough for a visit to Paris and surrounding area but has also the quitness of a small village. Within 15 min train station Massy-Paliseux is located where we parked the car in the parking garage and took the train and metro to the Eiffel tower. The train/metro trip was around 45 minutes. We also visited Chateaux Versailles and Chartres with the big cathedral. If we where asked to recommend a holiday home in the Paris area we definetely mention the New York House.

Just the ville for us

Had a wonderful stay at Sophie's New York-style decorated townhome. It was the perfect set up for visiting family in the local area. The house is very clean and modern. It is nicely decorated and well furnished. The bed sheets were so soft! We appreciated the storage space and the garage which served as an extra room to store things or do some exercising. The automatic blinds were nice for blocking out the morning light. The house has a nice private yard which we did not take advantage of because the weather was quite cold and windy. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We went jogging by the beautiful fields of canola which were in full bloom at the time. Sophie was kind and responsive to our questions and needs. We were also located 6 minutes away from 1 of the Costco's in France. What a treat! Some notes to consider, the stairs are narrow and steep and there are 3 floors. Also, the 3rd bedroom is a loft/mezzanine with no enclosed door or window. Overall, we had a great stay. Sophie was a wonderful host and we highly recommend this house and host!

Tolle Haushälfte mit viel Platz

Sehr saubere und schöne Haushälfte. Modern eingerichtet und mit einer schönen Terasse. Check-In läuft sehr problemlos da Haus über ,,Smart-Home“ gesteuert. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus ist super liegt in einer Ruhiger Lage mit genügen Platz. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Sofia war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bushaltestelle ist in 500m.

Sauberkeit war nicht vorhanden

Vom Aufenthalt her alles Top. Von der Sauberkeit her Katastrophe. Ameisen liefen überall rum, spinnen liefen im Haus rum, Spinnennetze waren in jedem Zimmer zu sehen. Also da hätte man sich auch Mühe machen können.

Je m’efforce chaque jour de délivrer un logement de qualité et surtout propre afin de satisfaire l’ensemble des voyageurs. Je ne peux accepter votre commentaire car j’ai vérifié moi même le logement à votre arrivée et il n’y avait pas de fourmis. . Le logement est nettoyé à chaque passage car pour moi la propreté est ma priorité. Vous pourrez constater tous les commentaires des précédents voyageurs où la propreté est mise en place avant. Ein toller Startpunkt für einen Städtetrip nach Paris

Wir haben mit unseren drei Kindern (9,15,17) den Aufenthalt im Haus sehr genossen. Alles ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin Sofia war sehr freundlich und flexibel. Dank Zugangscode konnten wir auch spät Abends ankommen. In der Nähe (5.Min. mit dem Auto) gibt es einige Lokale in einem Industriegebiet, die wir gerne Abends genutzt haben. Da war das Parken einfacher und die Preise moderater als im Zentrum von Paris. Die Verbindung vom Bahnhof Orsay war problemlos, allerdings sind wir auch 2x direkt in die Stadt reingefahren (haben das Parkhaus online vorgebucht).

Mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, sehr sauber und neu

Wir kamen an und fühlten uns gleich wohl. Es war alles da was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es ist sehr sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail dekoriert und ausgestattet. Wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Man ist mit dem Auto schnell in Paris oder Versailles.

Genau wie Beschrieben!

Das Haus war zu 100% wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Das Objekt war super sauber. Der Hof ist komplett von einer Mauer umschlossen so das auch Kleinkinder frei herumlaufen können. Da es am Ortsrand liegt kommen auch nur eine Handvoll Autos am Tag vorbei. Jederzeit wieder!

Ideal location to explore Paris

We spent 3 nights as a family of five in this beautiful, very clean house. It is very well and thoughtful equipped and maintained, we didn’t miss anything. Within 10 minutes we reached the railway station, where we left the car and took the RER to Notre-Dame, a 30 min ride. Contact with the owner was easy. We will come again…

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Paris & Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist superschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung enthält alle Dinge, die man in einem Ferienhaus benötigt....und auch noch darüber hinaus. Sie liegt außerhalb von Paris und lässt so Ruhe und Erholung zu, andererseits ist man in geraumer Zeit in Paris. Ebenso sind tolle Tripps in der Umgebung möglich. Wir haben zudem eine Schlösser-Tour gemacht und Versailles, Fontanbleau und Chambor besichtigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und total unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt zwar im Einzugsgebiet des Flughafens, uns hat dies aber überhaupt nicht gestört, da ab 22.00Uhr kein Flugzeug mehr geflogen ist. Tagsüber fanden wir es sogar interessant die Luftobjekte zu beobachten.....wenn wir vor Ort waren. Also: Das Ferienhaus ist absolut empfehlenswert!!!!
