The fully equipped kitchen features an adjoining formal dining room and a games room, providing ample space for entertaining and relaxation. The spacious living room is tastefully furnished with a queen-sized sleeper sofa bed and a state-of-the-art HD 1080 60-inch television, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
Step outside and discover the covered lanai, leading to the newly resurfaced 30-foot pool (one of the largest in the area). The pool is complemented by an 7-foot lounger spa, both adorned with color-changing LED lights. With a simple switch, you can activate the jets and bubbles, allowing you to indulge in a soothing hour of muscle massage. (Pool and spa heating is optional but recommended from October to May for an additional fee.)
