This property is the perfect family house! Lots of room to spread out! Beautiful views, great decor, very functional! Made it super hard to leave!Had to contact host for a couple of minor issues and they were handled promptly and resolved! Highly recommend!

Summer vaca

Great time at this gorgeous new construction in Granby. Super relaxing to come back to each day after adventures hiking, biking and horse back riding in Granby and Winter Park. Would definitely book this again.

Perfect Family Escape

We loved our May 2025 stay at this Granby vacation home! The place was immaculate, with a fresh, newly built vibe that made everything feel crisp and modern. The views of the mountains were gorgeous, especially from the spacious outdoor area. It was an ideal retreat for our family, and we’re already planning to come back!

This property is beautiful! Our large family had room to spread out, and the home was well stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The City Market is a short drive from the house for any groceries we needed, and we were in driving distance of all the places we wanted to visit (Winter Park, Grand Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Estes Park). We had a fantastic vacation and loved the home.

This was a beautiful home that was very well-suited for a large, multifamily group. The beds were comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised how well-equipped the kitchen was! We love to cook our meals, so having a crockpot, instant pot, waffle maker, and stock pot, etc was super convenient! We only had to bring the food! The children loved the upstairs media room, and the adults loved the comfortable and airy living room with the great views out the back windows! For anyone who wants quick and easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park (the house is a 25-minute drive from the West Entrance, which is far less busy than the East side), this is a great option! There was also a grocery store only a few minutes away. We enjoyed the dining options in nearby Grand Lake as well, when we were exhausted from a day in the park and wanted to grab dinner. There are a couple of great ice cream places in Grand Lake as well, and some great trailheads for kids! There were 3 small maintenance issues we encountered in the house (sliding screen door off the track, ceiling fan programming issue, and a couple of the windows wouldn't open), but maintenance was fairly responsive and offered instructions/remote help with them. The only thing I would suggest would be to have a local maintenance person who can come onsite if needed to address issues. Overall, this was a great experience, and we loved the house and our stay there!

Incredible!

This house was such a delight for my friends and I to stay in over the weekend to celebrate two of our birthdays. Check-in and communication with the host was a breeze - they even let us check-in early and check-out late! There were 6 of us total and PLENTY of space, not only in the bedrooms, but also in the common areas as well. We cooked all of our meals there and the kitchen was big, beautiful, and fully stocked (we did bring our own olive oil and spices). The beds were super comfortable. The ping pong, corn hole, and hot tub were all lovely touches. The neighborhood is in a new development and very quiet. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

So this was actually our first experience using Vrbo and doing this kind of thing. We had an absolutely fantastic time during our stay! The property was everything we expected and more. Lots of space and cozy. The jacuzzi was the icing on the cake. Completely refreshed and relaxed after only a couple of nights here. We didn't want to leave. Highly recommend!
