Set high amongst the native beautiful bush overlooking Waikawa harbor is our lovely 5-bedroom home. You'll feel like this is a secluded hideaway but with the bonus of the beach & boat ramp just 5 minutes' walk. This home has 1 big front deck with lovely views of the marina. If you're after a getaway from the hustle and bustle our place is perfect for you. Picton is just 5 mins drive away for dinning & shopping or walk 15mins down to the Jolly Roger, our local bar by the Marina.

I’m an artist and hubby is semi retired. We have 4 grown up sons who have flown the coop. We love fishing and hunting and getting away in our caravan.
Why they chose this property
We love living in the Marlborough Sounds everyday the view is different and only 25mins from Blenheim the best vines in NZ.
What makes this property unique
Plenty of room and a lovely view overlooking the harbour & hills. We are private next to bush and lots of trees
