The unit itself is a 3 star unit — very modestly outfitted (not much past the basics), a little worn around the corners — but the pricing matched that. Pros: Great location. 5/5 The breakfast/brewery right outside the back door has amazing food and having the Monon Trail so close was a treat. Con’s:The customer service was mostly good with terrific help on a last-minute extension of our stay. But the key fob for the gym only worked one day and their standard comms pack is confusing in that the words they use for door codes and pins don’t match how/where you’re using them. And the check out instructions are non-existent — I only knew to take out the garbage because I called on the last day to inquire.I’d come back again for the pricing.
