Great location and sunny condo, close to Lake Dillon trail. A nice walk to downtown Frisco, and access to ski resorts. Condo is large with plenty of space for a family.

The listing was not accurate. Stated had a gas grill & we booked this place in 2025 for 2026 ski trip. When asked about the grill through property manager we were told HOA removed them. We did see other units with them. The hot tub as not listed as community, it just said hot tub which would a person would assume at the place they are renting. The location was great for Copper Mtn Resort only 10 minutes away & shopping very close by as well. Unit was accommodating, outdated decor but clean & comfortable. No A/C so if staying in summer would be very hot since a 3rd floor unit. Did not state in listing either a third floor unit. No elevators to get to unit.

Thanks for your feedback — we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location, cleanliness, and comfort of the unit, and that it worked well for your trip to Copper. Regarding the grill, insurance regulations and HOA policies have changed significantly in recent years due to wildfire risk. Many communities in Summit County no longer allow grills because of the fire danger. While we can’t speak to why other units may still appear to have them, we will always follow current insurance requirements and HOA rules rather than risk safety or compliance issues. As for the hot tub, we’re sorry for any confusion. The listing notes that the hot tub is a community amenity rather than a private one. We try to be as clear as possible in the description so guests know what to expect. We also want to clarify a couple other points mentioned. The listing does state that there is no air conditioning — which is standard for homes and condos throughout Summit County — and that the building does not have an elevator. These details are included so guests can plan accordingly before booking. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and are glad the property was clean, comfortable, and convenient for your ski trip.
