About this property

Cozy Cottage, 1 bedroom sleeps 2

Cozy one bedroom cottage on Anna Maria Island. Basic, comfortable and surrounded by shady trees. Just a three minute walk to the beach, a five minute walk to downtown Bridge St, local restaurants and bars, and directly across the street from a pickleball court. Free trolley transportation up and down the island with frequent service. Property has a well equipped kitchen, laundry room and there is a double-size pullout sofa. Ample parking. It is also located neck door to our other 1 bedroom cottage (4914483) for those who wish for multi-family bookings.

Fifty dollar per night discount is factored into the price due to county construction close by (sometimes active and sometimes not). We love to share this beautiful part of Florida with our guests and aim to make each stay an enjoyable one.

PLEASE NOTE : For extended stay guests, in house cleaning is required every two weeks
with an additional fee.

This is a cute and cozy little cottage that is in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and convenience stores. It also comes with all the accommodations you need for the Beach like chairs, towels, and umbrellas. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back.

I had the perfect little getaway! The cottage was clean, cozy, and in a great location with plenty of places within walking distance. The host was a great communicator, and I really enjoyed my stay. I’d definitely come back!

This facility was very nice. Clean. With plenty of room and all the essentials were available. The only problem we had was the areas were under repair while we was there, so the access in and out was not normal. And the whole house vibrated a lot from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm daily. Even Saturday. No easy way to take a nap daily. I would definitely would like to have known upfront.

Yes my sincere apologies for that. The county forced main project had a period of intense drilling that we didn't see coming. They changed contractors because the first one couldn't complete the job, so they hired a new company. The new contractor showed up unannounced and simply did not communicate with the residents. The good news is they finally completed the project, pulled out the machinery and the noise with it.

We had a great relaxing week at your property. Everything was clean and as advertised. Your brother was great and fun to talk with. Thank you also for communicating so very well. Loved the closeness to everything and the beach. The only issue we had was the bed was so hard!! I had to sleep on the couch and my husband roughed it out on the bed. I would get a new mattress for sure, other that that everything was great!

We had such a great stay at this cottage on Anna Maria Island. The place felt instantly comfortable and had everything we needed, and we loved being able to walk to the beach every morning. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, and the place had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. It was one of those stays where everything just felt easy and relaxing. We’d definitely come back.

The place is perfect. Clean, equipped with every amenity, great air conditioning and close to both the beach as well as Bridge Street. The owner Randy, is just about the nicest host you can find. He's knowledegable, respectful of privacy and responsive. I'd stay here again for certain!
