In addition, the large pavered 200sf entry courtyard provides another private outdoor area to use for dining, lounging & sunning. Inside this meticulous, spacious one bedroom condo is attractively furnished & decorated in neutral colors with diagonal tiled flooring throughout. New bedroom sliders plus new wall to wall, large 6 ft high, 16 ft across living room sliders were installed recently. New boat slips, decking & boathouse were constructed. Whitney Beach is a Beach to Bay complex with serene Bishop's Bayou leading to Sarasota Bay for boating, fishing, kayaking & paddle boarding. On the beach side, there is the WB Conservancy, land owned by the association for use by owners, guests & tenants. Two tennis courts, a BBQ picnic area, Tiki huts & private deeded beach access. Chaise lounges are provided for use on the most beautiful beach on Longboat Key.
