This 2 Bedroom Dog Friendly, basement apartment is located in the heart of Rehoboth Beach just steps to restaurants, boutique shopping, nightlife and our famous boardwalk and beach. Features include 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, comfortable living area, 1 car assigned parking and a Rehoboth Beach perking permit for use during your stay!

Guests can purchase a $70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a $3,000 refundable security deposit.

We loved the 3 pm check in so we could get in early to get settled and then enjoy the boardwalk and beach. On arrival, the apartment was clean and included amenities were easy to locate. We loved the proximity to restaurants, shopping abd the beach.

1 week stay. Communal laundry with coin op washer and dryer. Bring quarters! Kitchen and cookware a little sticky. Door lock is not very secure/seems easy to jimmy open. Closet doors in both rooms need adjustment to close properly. Pillows and comforter in larger bedroom are so gross we went to WalMart and bought our own.
