Cozy Concarneau house

Alain’s house blends modern comforts with classic character. Great location and comfortable accommodation. We enjoyed being able to walk off the garden gate to the very close beaches. The town is charming and the region has lots to offer - rugged coastline and picturesque landscapes, rich historical heritage, good gastronomy, and very welcoming hosts.

Wonderfull stay

We had a wonderfull stay in a beautiful house. The house is big enough for eight people and has a big/nice garden. The location is also nice and very calm. The house has everything you need for your stay (full equiped kitchen, bath towels and even a washing maschine). We absolutely recommend this house.

An excellent property in a great, convenient location.The house is well equipped to suit most needs.Alain the host was very helpful & informative. Our family ranging from 80 yrs down to 10years made good use of the balcony with lovely sea views & the garden for BBQ's & ball games.There is a beach within a 5 minute walk & also a tabac for daily supplies of bread & pastries.All in all a very enjoyable holday in a beautiful location.Thank you, Alain.

Tolles Haus, sehr schön eingerichtet, gute Ausstattung.Sehr freundlicher Empfang vom Vermieter mit einem kulinarischen Willkommensgruß und einer kleinen Geschichte zum Haus.Gute Lage in Nähe der beiden Strände. In ca. 15 Min. kann man zu Fuß ins Zentrum und zur Altstadt laufen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen. Vor allem die Schränke in den Schlafzimmen waren ausreichend groß. Vom Balkon und zwei Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss ist das Meer zusehen, den Sonnenuntergang sollte man jedoch am Strand genießen. Auch wenn der Hausstrand (ca. 200 m entfernt) schön ist, haben uns die Strände etwas südlich von Concarneau mehr überzeugt.Wer nicht jeden Tag die Restaurants der Stadt ausprobieren will, findet in der Küche alles was man braucht. Alain ist ein sehr guter und sympathischer Gastgeber der uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand.Wir waren rundum Glücklich.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison, idéalement située entre les plages et le centre de Concarneau. La maison est fonctionnelle, spacieuse et hyper lumineuse. Elle propose un parking, un garage et une grande cave, ce qui permet de tanger les vélos et le matériel de plage. Belle vue sur mer de la grande terrasse. Bravo pour la literie impeccable et l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Nous recommandons cette maison à tous les amoureux du littoral breton!

Super semaine à Concarneau

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans la maison d Alain. Endroit calme , à 150 mètres de la plage , vue mer depuis toute la maison , literie impeccable, hyper bien équipée, internet fibre , sièges de jardin neuf .... C est sur nous allons revenir, en plus j avai demandé le soleil pour cette semaine et je l ai eu !!!!!

Semaine magnifique

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine. La maison est superbe, le jardin très agréable et la vue depuis le balcon est vraiment belle. Il y a tant de sites magnifiques à visiter dans les environs et Concarneau est une petite ville vraiment agréable. La météo était en plus avec nous. Bref tout était parfait !

Zuhause in der Bretagne

Bereits der Empfang durch den Vermieter war sehr freundlich, zur vereinbarten Zeit vor Ort und mit einem Willkommensgeschenk regionaler Köstlichkeiten. Wir waren mit 6 Personen 18 Tage vor Ort. Das Haus war hierfür großzügig eingerichtet, sehr sauber und reichlich ausgestattet. Egal ob in der Küche, in der wir alles zubereiten konnten oder in Bezug auf mehr als reichlich vorhandenes Geschirr, ebenso wie Elektrogeräte, die auch alle sauber waren und einwandfrei funktionierten, können wir dieses Haus sehr empfehlen. Um die Terrasse zu erreichen, muss man eine Treppe nutzen, dafür kann man hier in aller Ruhe eine Mahlzeit oder ein Glas Wein genießen. Sowohl auf dem Sofa sitzend als auch von zwei der Schlafzimmer kann man den Strand schon sehen. Zu Fuß ist ein Strand mit Rettungsschwimmern (nachmittags anwesend) in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch Markthalle, Markt, kleiner Supermarkt, Apotheke, Restaurants etc. konnten wir gut fußläufig erreichen. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die VilleClose, die wir ebenfalls im Rahmen eines Spaziergangs häufig aufgesucht haben. Mit dem Auto hat man Gelegenheit z.B. Benodet, Cabourg, Deauville, usw. zu besuchen. Persönliche Geschichten zu Besonderheiten der Geschichte des Hauses, die der Vermieter erzählt hat, schaffen zusätzlich einen besonderen Bezug zum Haus. Wir können Bretagneurlaubern dieses Haus nur empfehlen und werden sicher gerne wieder kommen.

Maison très bien équipée proche de la plage

On a adoré notre sejour dans cette maison. La maison est entièrement renovée et decorée avec beaucoup de petits détails! Il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut, surtout dans la cuisine. On etait 6, mais il y a facilement de la place pour 8 personnes (4 chambres). Il y a un balcon, mais également un grand jardin. La plage est à même pas 10 minutes. On recommande vivement !

2 traumhafte Wochen in einem wunderschönen Haus mit herzlichen Gastgebern

Zwei sonnige Wochen in Concarneau sind leider viel zu schnell vergangen. Wir fanden ein sehr sauberes, modernes Haus mit allen wichtigen Dingen (vollausgestatte Küche, Bäder mit Fön, Waschmaschine, Hand- und Duschtücher, Putz-/Wasch-/Spülmittel) vor und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Genial ist vor allem der Blick aufs Meer, welches man vom Balkon und 2 der 4 Schlafzimmer sehen kann. So haben wir einige Sonnenuntergänge direkt vom Haus aus beobachten können. Der Strand ist keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch in der Stadt mit der Ville Close ist man schnell. Die Terrasse ist bequem vom Keller aus erreichbar und verfügt über moderne, bequeme Möbel und einem großen Sonnenschirm. Sehr beliebt waren auch die 2 Liegestühle, die zum Entspannen einladen. Die Tochter des Gastgebers hat uns liebevoll empfangen und uns durch das Haus geführt. Am Tag der Abreise kam der sehr sympathische Gastgeber um uns zu verabschieden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely Villa in a great location

From the moment we booked communication from the owner Alain was brilliant. Alain went above and beyond to try and get us into the property ASAP as we had little children with us. Alain was so welcoming and the property was wonderful and the location was great. I would highly recommend staying at this property. Thank you Alain for such a wonderful stay.

Great house, great location!

We rented the property for 7 days as a family. The location of the house is excellent- a couple of minutes walk to the beach and within walking distance of the town and Ville close with its shops and restaurants. The hosts were lovely and didn’t mind our late arrival. We were warmly welcomed with helpful information and thoughtful gifts of local cider and biscuits. The house was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. High spec kitchen and bathrooms and all the equipment you could need. Rooms were spacious with lots of storage space and beds were super comfortable. Having one of the bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs worked well for the grandparents. We enjoyed meals around the large dining table and relaxing in the sunshine on the big balcony. A superb stay in comfort and luxury. Highly recommended and we would certainly love to go back!

Traumhafter Bretagne-Urlaub

Das wunderschöne Haus befindet sich in einer kleinen, ruhigen Wohnstraße wenige Gehminuten entfernt von zwei Stränden. Auch das Stadtzentrum von Concarneau mit der Ville Close ist von hier aus gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus ist im Jahr 2020 von dem liebenswürdigen, gastfreundlichen Vermieter und seiner Familie komplett renoviert worden - und das Ergebnis lässt tatsächlich keine Wünsche offen! Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung sind ebenso hochwertig wie geschmackvoll, und alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, so dass wir uns hier vom ersten Moment an rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Es gab nur einen einzigen Minuspunkt: Der Urlaub war viel zu schnell vorbei!
