Very much enjoyed our stay over the summer. Quiet location and very private. Close to Mashpee Commons and the South Cape Beach. The house was everything we expected and enjoyed quiet nights on the deck.

Fantastic two weeks on the Cape!! We had enough room for our kids and grandkids in 4 comfortable rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals in but we had all kinds of restaurants in such close proximity that we didn’t need to go far for a great meal!! Great yard and back deck for grilling. I would definitely stay here again!!

Lovely property for families

We had two families with young children stay together for a week. This house is beautiful, well stocked, and in a great location. The yard is lovely, the basement is full of toys and books, and the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. We had a great stay!

Sweet house on nice lot that provides privacy and nice outdoor space. Owner is lovely. Property management company not soMuch. They use a chat bot to handle questions during booking process to questions and was not helpful. Almost didn’t book because I was concerned no one would help during our stay. Likely owner was responsive and helped with anything we needed.
