We did not get to experience a stay here. The Host left us high and dry and never provided any check in details. We tried to communicate with the host on multiple occasions before the date of the booking with no response. Ended up spending 4hrs on the phone with Stayz support to get the booking refunded and try and book somewhere to stay on the same day as we were arriving. For context - we had booked this apartment a month in advance, paid a significant nightly rate for my son's 18th birthday which also happened to be NYE. The host ensured that both of those events were completely ruined, as we were unable to rebook a similar apartment, lost 1/2 of my sons birthday trying to get accommodation elsewhere rather than celebrating and relaxing with him.Do not book this apartment or any other listing that is "by SAMAH". THEY SHOULD BE BLACKLISTED, this is surely a scam.
