This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhome boasts an unbeatable location, generous garage space for both parking and gear storage, and panoramic views of the Red Lady. The open-concept main level features a cozy river rock gas fireplace in the living room and direct access to a private deck—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The fully stocked kitchen includes granite countertops, a gas stove, dishwasher, and all the essentials to make you feel at home.

Layout Overview:
Second Floor (Entry Level): King bedroom and full bathroom
Third Floor: Queen bedroom and bunk room (queen/twin combo) with shared bathroom
The attached garage also offers a separate storage room for your gear, along with a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.

Transportation:
The FREE Mountain Express Shuttle provides year-round service between the Town of Crested Butte and surrounding areas.
Summer: Just a short walk to Castle & Gothic Road for the town shuttle (every 20 minutes; every 40 minutes during shoulder seasons).
Winter: A special condo loop shuttle picks up every 30 minutes and drops you at the base area. There's also a footpath shortcut to the West Wall Lift, though the shuttle is the most commonly used option.
