Backing onto a reserve, you are surrounded by trees and the sound of birds, the perfect backdrop to your peaceful and relaxing morning coffee.
Walking distance to the famous Redwoods so park the car on our off road parking space and off you go exploring on foot or by bike.
Centrally located to many of Rotoruas main attractions, including Te Puia and the Living Maori Village. As well as very close to supermarkets, restaurants and the CBD.
