Loved the firepit area. Road was a little busier than we anticipated, but still fine. Starlink worked good. Location was perfect.
The best room in the house.

The house was really nice. The common rooms had heat and were quite warm. The bedrooms had space heaters. The master bedroom had a door to outside, which let a lot of cold air. When we first plugged in the space heater, the circuit broke and we were not able to reset it. We stayed in the queen bedroom, which was quite nice. Thank you for the great stay.

Lovely family stay in this home. Positives: Linens, outdoor spaces, cleanliness. Others: I wouldn't drink the water out of tap (bring bottled water for cooking and drinking), no indoor group dining space, futon pretty small (it worked for my son (6 ft 22yo), but not comfortably.) Kitchen had much we needed but no frying pans, so take stock before buying food to cook. Easy check-in and check-out. Good communication. Will look to rent from Evolve again!

The photos did show what the property looked like however the place is smaller than the pictures show. The lighting in the kitchen is very horrible especially when trying to cook it is very dark. I was assuming by the way the photos were that the stove and sink area were on the same side however they are opposite of each other which was not big deal its just how the photos are don's show accurately. If your planning on cooking make sure its not a large amount, the cookware and utensils to cook with are limited. The outside sitting area was nice but the lawn was very long and it looks like it has never been kept up. In the back sitting area was nice but to access it you would have to go around the whole house or go through the upstairs bedroom. If your have friends with you beware they would have to go through your room to get to the back side to use the space. We did have an issue with the water pressure and tried to contact the maintenance person that was written in the "House Rules Pamphlet" but the person never answered or called back. We were able to get ahold of the host and was able to get someone to come fix it within a short amount of time. The company that came to fix it stated the host has been having issues with the water for a while now so keep that in mind if your planning on staying. The house does has a musty smell to it. Beds were good but pull out couch was small and hard. (2 couples max.) The stay wasn't horrible but it was defiantly not what was expected.
