Additional Services (Additional Fees):
• Pool Heat: $35/day. We recommend requesting at least 1 day prior to check-in so the team can prepare the pool before arrival.
• Grill Rental: 4-Burner Grill – $105/week (includes one full propane tank; additional propane available locally). Oil pan must be placed under the grill to avoid cleaning fees.
Check-In & Check-Out:
• Check-In: 4:00 PM
• Check-Out: 10:00 AM
Early check-in / late check-out available upon request ($45/hr, subject to availability).
Amenities Included:
• Fresh bed linens & towel sets for every guest
• Pool towels for use at the home’s private pool only (please don’t take to the clubhouse or hang over the pool fence)
• Starter supplies (kitchen trash bags, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper). These are initial amounts only — extras can be purchased nearby.
• Crib and high chair included (please bring your own crib bedding if preferred)
House Guidelines:
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside the home
• No parties or large events
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (resort enforced)
• Primary guest must be at least 21 years old to book
Parking Policy – Windsor Hills:
• Maximum of 3 vehicles per reservation
• Park in the driveway (a 3rd vehicle may park between sidewalk and road if sidewalk remains clear)
• No overnight street parking in other areas of the community
• Provide driver details (full name & license plate) for up to 3 vehicles prior to arrival
