When were welcomed with soft lighting and zen music playing on the TV when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had most of what we needed for the night. The only issue was the bbq wasn't operational, so we pivoted our dinner plans.

We are happy that you appreciated the calm feeling upon arrival. I am sorry about the BBQ, we have since rectified the situation. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

The property is indeed clean, well-supplied, and request to host for extra items answered promptly. The kitchen has some well-appreciated basic staples. Special problem for us: we three 80-year-olds found the steps and sloping alley a disadvantage, especially for the one carrying the luggage (just fine for people half our age). One caution : one room has a queen-size mattress on a double bed frame, so support is iffy.

About the host

Hosted by Carrie

Host profile image
Hello! I'm Carrie. Born and raised in Canada, I have 3 boys of my own and 2 bonus kiddos. My partner Todd and I built this rental suite together with lots of love for it. We have had the great opportunity to meet some amazing guests.

Why they chose this property

We love our neighborhood because it is quite country, the sound of birds, watching fawns in the backbyard, or star gazing on a clear night. There are many walking/biking trails just out the door

What makes this property unique

Our property has a private walkway, and patio area. The Fern Spa is attached, so come enjoy a Swedish massage or Skwalwen Botanicals facial( message to book)
