It’s is a beautiful home. It was only minutes away from FSU campus. The house was clean and we had great response from the host. Would definitely stay there again.

I contacted host Friday am when it was clear heater was broken. 58 degrees in the house for next 3 days. He said he’d try to get someone to come fix. Never heard from him again. Took him 8 hours to even respond.

I live in the neighborhood where the rental is located and rented it for my daughter and her family is for a family gathering. The house was very clean and comfortable. The only problems were minor such as not enough washcloths and a missing remote. The real problem was when they accidentally locked themselves out the host was not reachable. Did not answer texts or phone calls. We had to contact VRBO and they helped her get in. This was not a minor problem! The host should answer when help is needed . I would like to rent this property again in the future for my family when all are visiting. I hope this will be worked out for better communication going forward .
