Nice beach house in South Brittany with its beautiful garden
Nice bright cottage with direct access from the garden to a large sandy beach. Beautifully sunny garden / outdoor patio with dining table and BBQ. Comfortably furnished (incl. Dishwashers and washing machines), with fireplace and floor heating. Digital TV and MP3 / CD players available. German Travel Guide, Map, French cookery books in dt. Language, restaurant recommendations will be provided.
On the ground floor: dining room, living room with fireplace, kitchen (Open Space); 1 bedroom (2 persons) with private bath; 1 WC; Dishwasher + washing machine; Floor heating
Upstairs: 3 separate rooms (total max 6 pers..); 1 bathroom (+ Washbasin in each room); 1 WC
Outdoor area with garden & patio (well protected): dining table with parasol; Barbecue; Deckchairs
The house is located right on the beach and just 800m from the picturesque Breton port where nice cafes and small restaurants. The outdoor area is cozy and protected. Children, depending on their age, can play in the garden very independent or on the beach, among other things. The southern coast of Brittany also enjoys a special micro-climate, which characterizes them as a preferred tourist destination for families.
The culture also is not too short. The Celtic heritage is about the still widespread Breton language, the costumes, the music and the dances - especially during the Celtic festival - to feel good and offers unforgettable experiences. The architecture and monuments - especially in towns like Pont-Labbé, Quimper, Concarneau or Pont-Aven also directly in Ile Tudy (Church in the style of the XV centuries) and Combrit - are impressive.
Besides versatile excursions can also be a variety of activities without major effort to organize well. Water sports are of course very important - but riding, play tennis or golf are readily available in the area. Bike paths in the area are rel. well developed. A thalassotherapy bath (large wellness area) and a casino are located in the neighboring even Benodet.
Culinary include the regional products of Brittany to the highest quality of France. Even as the Organic / Organic and traditional agriculture has received or developed. The nearest supermarket is located 5km from Ile Tudy. A large organic supermarket is in Pont-Labbé.

Traumurlaub in Ile-Tudy
Im Juli 2016 verlebten wir zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus!
Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und die Ausstattung in der Küche und den Wohnräumen vollständig und sehr sauber. Vom oberen Schlafzimmer aus hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick zwischen 2 Häusern durch aufs Meer!
Zu dem Haus gehören ein kleiner Garten und ein Sitzplatz mit Grillgelegenheit. Alles ist komplett ummauert, was dieses Objekt für Familien mit Kindern und/oder Hunden überaus geeignet macht!
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich!

Erholsame Zeit
Île Tudy ist eine wunderschöne kleine Hafenstadt mit netten Restaurationen und der Möglichkeit, die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs zu erwerben. Der Ort ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge (Schiffsfahrten, Touren entlang der grandiosen, bizarren Küste, Besuche der Fachwerkstatt Quimper oder der zahlreichen malerischen Dörfer in der Umgebung) .
Das Ferienhaus liegt in unmittelbarer Strandnähe, bietet jedoch aufgrund seines blickdichten Gartens auch die Möglichkeit zu Ruhe und Entspannung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war überaus freundlich; Absprachen wurden verlässlich eingehalten. Vor Ort wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und stets von einer überaus nette Ansprechpartnerin betreut, so dass wir erholt in den Berufsalltag zurückkehrten .

Traumhafte Meerlage in romantischem Fischerdorf
Die Lage und Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist wirklich hervorragen. Die Räume sind hell, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die offene, großzügige Wohnküche ist kommunikativ und sehr praktisch ausgestattet. Wir haben dort jeden Tag gerne gekocht bzw. den Barbecue im Garten bei schönem Wetter genutzt. Der Garten ist romantisch eingewachsen und bietet viel Raum für Erholung. Für die Kinder war der lange weisse Sandstrand mit den kleinen, muschelbewachsenen Felsen ein Traum. Dieser konnte vom Garten in nur wenigen Schritten über einen Sandweg erreicht werden. Da die Bucht relativ geschützt ist und das Meer sehr flach abfällt, war dies für unsere Kinder der ideale Ort zum spielen und baden. Für uns war es auch ideal, dass es um dass Haus alles in Laufnähe gibt. Neben einem kleinen lokalen Lebensmittelladen, der auch täglich frische Croissants und Baguette verkauft, gibt es am Hafen viele nette Lokale und Cafés.
Der Vermieter war im Vorfeld sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit Geren wiederkommen.

Behagliches Ferienhaus sehr nah am Strand
Das sehr wohnlich eingerichtete Haus mit vielen liebevollen Details und einem kleinen gepflegten Garten steht zwar in zweiter Reihe zum Strand, man hat aber von allen Zimmern des Obergeschoss Meerblick, und ist von der Strandtür auch sofort am traumhaften 5 km langen Strand. Mit 4 Zimmern, die alle über ein Waschbecken verfügen, ist das Haus ideal für eine Familie mit mehreren schon etwas größeren Kindern oder auch für 4 Erwachsene. Wir waren zu zweit im Haus und haben uns ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt in diesem schönen, etwas verwinkelten Haus mit vielen großen Glasflächen, es ist alles da was man braucht. Und der Strand ist einfach wunderbar, bei jeder Witterung , und immer wieder anders durch Ebbe und Flut. Diese Unterkunft ist ohne Abstriche zu empfehlen. A+B aus Darmstadt

Sehr geschmackvoll und perfekt ausgestattet
Top ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, mitten im schönen Ort Ile-Tudy. Strand nur ein paar Meter und super zum Radfahren, Laufen etc. auch zu Ostern.
