The main floor living space has a den with a full bath. The well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a wine refrigerator, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and solid wood cabinets. Additional features include under building parking, and a TV in each bedroom. This true boater's paradise includes a first-come/first-served boat dock with electric/water/fish cleaning amenities right at your fingertips. This community also features a lagoon-style pool, clubhouse, and fire pit for relaxing and entertaining and relaxing after a day on the water. Sorry, but pets are not welcome.
