My name is Cynthia P. I am new as a Host and I am very excited to make your stay exceptional and coming back for years to come. I will provide bottled waters, K-cup coffee, tea etc. for your arrival and a welcome basket for my guests. There will also be a booklet at the house with recommendations of restaurants, entertainment and maps among other things. I live in the area and available if needed. I am very excited to be your Host!
Why they chose this property
"Old Florida" at its best, Englewood is just that! The neighborhood is quiet and very peaceful with wonderful neighbors. The location is great and very close to Englewood beach 5.8 miles by car. "Atlanta Braves Spring Training Stadium" in North Port 14 miles by car, Boca Grande 12 miles by car, Sarasota 43 miles by car. Fort Myers by car 49 miles, Tampa 92 miles by car.
What makes this property unique
I love watching the boats going up and down the canal. Everyone's a waver and very friendly. Open floor plan! Big, beautiful and bright. Lots of outdoor lounging and dining areas poolside.
