Escape to your private mountain cabin perched at 3,800 feet above Waynesville. Wake to the sound of the mountain creek, sip coffee on the deck, and end the day soaking in the hot tub beneath the stars.
Inside, cathedral ceilings and 18 large windows fill the cabin with natural light and views of the Balsam Mountain range. Hardwood floors, an 8-foot fireplace with gas logs, two bedrooms and 1½ baths create a cozy retreat with all the comforts of home.
Outside, enjoy 400 square feet of deck, a private hot tub, gas fireplace, Solo fire pit and gas grill—all surrounded by trees, cool mountain breezes and plenty of privacy.
You’ll feel tucked away in the mountains while still being close to everything: just 10 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and less than 15 minutes from both downtown Waynesville’s and Sylva’s restaurants, breweries and shops.
Best of all, getting here is easy. The road is paved and no 4WD is needed.
Fast Wi-Fi, central heat and air, updated kitchen appliances, washer/dryer and TVs in the living room and both bedrooms make it easy to settle in, relax and stay awhile.
Come for the views. Stay for the quiet. Leave wishing you had one more night.

Thank you Claire! So glad you enjoyed your stay. You were a great guest. I hope you come again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. From coffee on the large wrap around deck in the morning to evening hot tub soaks it was stocked with everything we needed. We never tired of the view out the windows in the living room. The elevation provided cool evenings and mornings and pleasant temperatures throughout the day. With the Blue Ridge Parkway entrance just minutes away, we hopped on and went up several times in both directions. It is easy to plan trips to another exit/access point and explore the other towns around Waynesville. The farm on the road in has great fresh baked cookies and an assortment of ice-cream. It was a wonderful experience all around!

Thank you for the wonderful review Peggy. You were an awesome guest. I am thrilled you enjoyed your stay and hope you will come again!
Very nice place and well stocked kitchen with a wonderful view from the decks and close to town and lots to go and do nearby or just relaxing at the cabin.
We had an amazing time in Waynesville for a few festivities we attended! The cabin felt like home to all of us! Very cozy and welcoming! Thanks to Lynn for our first cabin rental experience!
We throughly enjoyed our stay!! We even got to see snow! The kids loved the hot tub and the views were incredible! This was probably the cleaniest cabin we have ever stayed in. Well stocked with everything that you need.
Lovely accommodations! The large windows let in light and provided such beautiful views. Great location for travel to Waynesville, Blue Ridge Parkway, Maggie Valley and Cherokee. The host provided such valuable information for local restaurants and area attractions. Thank you, Lynn! We had a wonderful time!
A cozy house with a beautiful Mountain View. House was very clean, and well maintained. A perfect spot to unwind. Close to Blue Ridge parkway. Hope to return again.
This cabin is really adorable and honestly the most immaculately clean rental I’ve ever seen. We loved the beautiful windows (and had amazing sunsets to watch, along with a frost-tipped Mountain View one morning after the fog lifted). Kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cook several meals. Nearby nature trail covered in moss was an easy way to stretch our legs and prepare for larger hikes on the Blue Ridge. We would definitely return!
Owner was very responsive and helpful. Home was clean and cozy, with great views from huge windows in the great room. My daughter visited for 3 days during my month-long stay and we found lots of hiking trails nearby. I got my wish for snow, and even though the house in at a high elevation, the steep road with lots of switchbacks was kept clear and navigable every time. Really great place to stay--not fancy just homey and comfortable. Highly recommend!
Lynn was very communicative and friendly. My significant other and I had a wonderful time.
The road to the house is paved (which is rare as most mountain homes include an off-roading adventure). Bathrooms were very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Hot tub was easy to function. Water pressure, AC, and Wi-Fi were fantastic.
This home was exactly what we needed for some R&R. We will definitely be back in the future!

Thank you Jessica! Glad to hear it was exactly what you needed. Thanks for being a great guest. I hope you come again soon!
This was exactly what we had in mind and then some! The property was beautiful and immaculate. The host had the place stocked with essentail items that we didnt think to bring as far as cooking supplies. The neighborhood was quiet and the view was amazing! I loveeee the moss grass. The hot tub was warmed up and ready to go and the fire feature was the perfect addition after a cold day of smowboarding. The bed was so comfortable I didn't even move. The host was prompt and attentive via vrbo in regards to any questions or isses we may have had. ( we did not have any issues) It was a wonderful experience.. I'd give more than 5 stars if it was an option. Highly reccomend!!

Thank you Jamie. So glad you had a wonderful stay!
The cabin was very cute and clean 🙂. It was so comfortable - we felt like we were at home. Very clean and plenty of towels and space. Close to everything although we aren’t used to driving through the mountains and curvy roads 😬. It was definately a
Challenge getting up to the house. Very steep and couldn’t tell if anyone was coming. But luckily it all worked out. Would definately stay there again. We missed it as soon as we left😢
Our family had a great time staying at this cabin. It was our second visit and we love the location. It’s the perfect balance of seclusion, but close enough to the city to access restaurants and shops.
The host was great too!! The gas fireplace was not working when we got there so I contacted Lynn. She went out of her way to make sure the tank was filled and the gas company was there within 30 minutes!!
