Long term roomates:
I am offering Master bdrm in my 2 bdrm beautiful, down town, apartment.
Master bedroom $, hydro ($50 monthly, for normal use, not unlimited) and internet (all included)., at Fashion District, right at a corner of Bathurst/King.
We will share kitchen and washroom, and we will each have our own bedrooms.
This is not offering a living room, or a den, and counting (or presenting) as a bedroom.
This is actual 2 bdrm apartment with 2 full bedrooms.
You have your own bedroom (which you can lock), and I have mine.
Laundry is in the building and if you need parking it could get complicated.
If you are student electric scoter is best thing ever.
I am looking for somebody who is student, international student, QUIET, professional or full time working individual with steady monthly income.
As a proof that you have a job, or that you are a student, I would need your resume, credit report, or employment letter ready, 2 references, or copy of driver licence, or letter from the school.
If you are young and this is your first time living away from your home, I would like to talk, and be approved, by your parents. (for example if u r international student)
Proof of income, credit check, landlord references, past rental history, government issued ID, first and last month’s rent.
What am I looking for: guy or a girl, student, international, I don't care, as long as you are COOL AND CIVIL!
It means easy going, friendly, no drugs, no alcoholics, no people with criminal records.
This is not a party house, or a shag pad, this is my actual home, where I live.
CLEAN person.
Cleanliness and tidiness is very important.
Not leaving personal items around after you’re done using a common area, kitchen counters wiped after use and left sparkling for the next person, shared household responsibilities (dusting, sweeping, etc.)
ABOUT ME
I am in my late thirties, professional, went to UWaterloo, cool, friendly, (was) runner, love hard-style music, nice convo with intelligent people…
I work, for now, from home and value a peaceful, quiet environment.
Cleanliness and hygiene are very important to me, so I’m looking for a roommate who shares these values.
I am looking for somebody who is planning to stay for at least now 6 months with possibility of extension, which means serious and real roommate.
This is not short room offering.
Also, I am renting per semester to accommodate student needs (Jan.1st -April 30th; May 1st-Aug.31st; Sep 1st-Dec.31st ) so u will have to stay until end of semester otherwise I will keep u deposit.
So plan your moving out in advance.
If you plan to stay longer let me know, but if you plan to leave before I WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT.
Just to make it clear for all, because some people are asking me to stay for a month or two, this is not AirBnb…
Also I would prefer somebody who is respectful, mature…
Saying that
You will need safety deposit $650, which you will get back if and when you move out, and monthly rent ($), and the room will be ready for you to move in (as you can see on the picks).
The room is fully furnished so you are set for that.
I supply linens.
All you need is your towels.
If you are interested message me via Homestay and we can have a nice chat.
Welcome to Toronto…
Happy hunting
