Guests enjoy the entire spacious top floor of this 3 storey waterfront building on Tamaki Drive, Kohimarama - one of Auckland's most exclusive seaside suburbs. Endless views await along the beach and out into the Waitemata harbour. Watch a parade of walkers, joggers and cyclists passing by. Newly renovated and furnished.

The open plan living and dining area includes a granite bar, SkyTV, Onkyo sound system and high speed fibre WiFi. Glass doors open to an outdoor patio dining area with a Weber BBQ. Air conditioned or enjoy the sea breeze.

We had an excellent extended stay at the Kohi Del Mar villa, enjoying the alternating sun, fresh winds, and rain passing over the lovely Kohimarama beach. Clive, our host, was very attentive to our questions and concerns during our stay and it was with true regret that we departed after our 19 days.

Beautiful property in a stunning location directly opposite Kohimarama Beach. Clive was an excellent host, helped with our luggage and showed us through the place. Very clean and well equipped and great off street parking. Kohi Cafe very close by with excellent food. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.
