We had a wonderful stay at this very special place for a special birthday. Sitting out on the deck overlooking the lake with our family was idyllic. We played games on the huge lawn and were able to launch our boat directly from the end of the property. The house itself was very comfortable and so well appointed. Would highly recommend and definitely like to stay again.

The listing stated that the property had air conditioning. When I discovered that it did not, I contacted Bachcare and was asked to provide a screenshot showing where air conditioning was listed. I sent the screenshot immediately. It has now been 24 days, and despite following up twice, I am still waiting for a response. The communication has been extremely poor, and this has been the worst service experience I have had.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this has been especially after providing the screenshot promptly and following up multiple times. This is not the level of communication we aim to deliver. The home does not have air conditioning and we apologise that this was not made clear at the time of booking. We have raised your concerns with our team so the lack of follow up can be addressed and to ensure responses in the future are more frequent. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know and hope the rest of your stay went as smoothly as possible. Reputation and Resolutions Coordinators.
