It was in a great location near Old Town Albuquerque. It was easy to find and great instructions no problem getting in. It was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed not a fancy place but adequate.
The property and apartment were sufficient for the month and a half I stayed there for work. Could use a little updating in my opinion. Especially the refrigerator.
The apartment was clean and well furnished. The only drawback is that i work nights and sleep during the day. Black out shades would have made it ideal.
Very convenient location, easy walking distance to Old Town (and breakfast at Little Anita's right up the road!) Clean and spacious unit, which might be a good option for a longer term stay with its roomy closets and nice kitchen area. We appreciated the newer washer and drier right in the unit. Lots of thick towels in the linen closet. Check in and check out were simple without a large number of time consuming tasks.
We came for a short stay and soon after arriving we realized this was a little apartment complex that is not mentioned in the description. Although it wasn’t mentioned it wasn’t a problem for us, the parking was easy and walking into the home blew me away. It’s very beautifully decorated and has all your essential needs/cleaning supplies. The only down side was not getting my door code until 2 hours after check in. Overall, would recommend and stay again. :)
The kitchen had everything we needed, including a few things we forgot to bring ourselves (canola oil). The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was quiet. There is assigned parking, but the space for this unit was too small for our minivan. It wasn't an issue for us because other visitor spots were nearby and available. The listing says "smart TV" but it wasn't detecting the wifi. Texted the property manager for assistance on Wed evening, checked out Saturday & never received a response during our stay. Other than having a "bored" teenager in the evenings, everything else was great.
Good location close to Old Town and Sawmill Market. Easy interstate access and travel to airport. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Larger r property than we had anticipated even with a washer and dryer and fully supplied kitchen. Quick and easy communication with property managers.
This apartment is conveniently located near old town, which allowed us to walk to the museum and out to eat, yet it is still in a quiet neighborhood Parking was easy. . The apartment was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
I stayed here with my sister in February. The property is not a house, but an apartment which is not clear in the description. I was satisfied with my stay...the only suggestions I would give to the property is to add more things to the kitchen such as mixing bowls and a cutting board. The couch was comfortable but I would have liked a recliner and a coffee table. I have to commend the property manager. I made a mistake and showed up a day early. She was very nice and helpful and understanding. I offered to pay for the extra day and was not charged.

Review
Property was good but located in a rather low income area. Had a number of amenities such as popcorn and snacks and coffee. Even had some canned and boxed food items. Had full size kitchen. The owner's response to emails could have been more timely. Couldn't figure out any channels to get on TV. No info seen. Out of paper towels for the kitchen. VERY quiet until the following day when workmen were moving about. But it was after I got up.
