Camper was very clean and comfortable. A little out the way but close enough to Bucks Pocket state park where our son was camping.

Great lil quiet getaway in the country. Unit C is the one I stayed in and it looks very different than the one pictured on here. Owner was very gracious and accommodating. Needs a few drinking cups, coffee cups and dishwashing supplies to clean up with. Otherwise, I was pleased with my stay.

It was probably 12 miles to the lake. No cups, or ice tray. But otherwise, just fine.

Communication was great. Location was great, right between a little store and the post office. It's an old camper which was fine but it had a lot of spider webs but I'll admit they're hard to see in the daytime...they glisten at night so most would have been overlooked when being cleaned. Bed was very comfortable. Two small issues though- there was no coffee cup...coffee and maker were supplied but no cups and no hair dryer so just be prepared to bring your own. Also no shampoo or soap except for dish soap, so bring your own. Having no coffee cup was mentioned in a prior review so I thought one or two would be provided but they weren't so just bring your own. All in all, for the price it's a good place to stay. It was quiet too, very peaceful, which was great. I'd recommend it, just know it's an old camper and bring your essentials...and you'll sleep great in the comfy bed.
