This Cozy little inner City Fringe Home is close to major Hospitals, Markets, Hotels, Race Courses, major Motorways, Showgrounds and the Melbourne Zoo making it easy to plan your visit. House has two Split Systems, two Oil heaters, two Ceiling Fans a 55 inch and 86 inch Smart Tv as well as Net Flix, Stan, Kayo, Apple TV and Disney Chanel. Tram stop is 350 meters and Flemington Train Station is 800 Meters from the House. Guests have access to 2 Parking Permits and a Weber Q if needed.

Exactly as described. A lovely location, close to facilities and trams. The house had everything we needed, was cosy in a Melbourne winter and ticked all the boxes. Beds were comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay! A wonderful host.
