Stay within easy reach of central Wānaka in this comfortable top-floor apartment, around a 10-minute walk from town and approximately 850 m from Lake Wānaka. The private balcony has an outlook towards Mount Iron, while the shared spa and sauna provide a welcome place to unwind after a day outdoors. Sleeping up to eight guests, the apartment has two bedrooms with one queen bed in each, a new queen memory-foam sofa bed in the living area and a double air bed. The living space includes a Smart TV, books and board games. The fully equipped kitchen makes meals at home easy, and practical comforts include underfloor heating, gas hot water, Wi-Fi, portable fans, a washing machine and dryer. Secure covered Car Park 23 is included. Please note that the apartment is on the second and top floor and is accessed by stairs only; there is no lift. You will have the entire apartment to yourselves, with self check-in and support through your booking platform. The spa and sauna are shared facilities and are used according to the complex booking arrangements. Please respect our neighbours and house rules; parties and events are not permitted.
