This classic beach cottage is located just 2 Blocks from the beach, and offers 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, an outdoor shower, an expansive Private Bedroom and Bath over the garage with a balcony, and a classic wrap-Around screened porch in the main house. The family room and dining area each offer French doors to that fabulous wrap-around screened porch. Down the hall from the kitchen is where you will find a 2nd entrance to the home with a foyer-mudroom with laundry, access to the garage, as well as access to the bedroom above the garage. This ideal location within the highly coveted City of Rehoboth Beach allows for easy walking proximity to the best of shopping, dining and cultural offerings, as well as the mile long boardwalk and Atlantic Ocean beach. Guest pays cleaning fee.
