Other things to note This is a laneway house that is completely separated from the principle house within the property lot. The backyard between these two houses is belong to the principle house.
Door access from the carport. Please don’t use the front door.
Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am to respect the neighborhood.
No parties or events are permitted.
No pets allowed.
No Smoking, No drugs and No marijuana in and around the property. Not even on the deck or balcony.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless prior approval is given.
Self check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival for a smooth and convenient experience.
