Villa of 140m2, air-conditioned, facing south, quiet and less than 5 minutes by car from the historic centre of Sarlat, and 10 minutes from the Dordogne valley (castles, historic villages, canoeing...). Equipped with a heated swimming pool, a large terrace, a barbecue poolhouse, a petanque court, large green spaces (large cycle path 2 minutes away). The interior is bright, spacious, modern and very comfortable with a soft and refined decoration. Swimming pool closed November to mid-April.
Sheets, pillowcase, towels included.

Pets package (25€ for extra cleaning, to be paid on site).

Très bon séjour

Maison très agréable à vivre avec sa grande piece de vie sa terrasse et sa piscine, de plein pieds, avec de quoi s'occuper (table de ping pong , piscine, ...), bien équipée en particulier la cuisine. Tout est parfait
