Séjour très agréable

Le logement est très bien situé, ce qui nous a permis de faire tous nos déplacements à pied dans La Rochelle . L’appartement est confortable, et avec le beau temps, nous avons bien profité de la terrasse.

Perfect place

Lovely apartment and very well equipped Perfectly situated away from street noise but only a very short walk to bars and restaurants. Arnaud was there to meet us on arrival and very helpful informing us about local restaurants etc Apartment has all you need and a cute little outside roof terrace Only thing to be aware of are the stairs, not for the unfit or small children We will definitely book again if we are traveling that way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Appartement très bien situé

L'appartement est très bien situé. La terrasse est un vrai plus même si nous n'en avons pas profité autant que nous voulions, caprices de la météo. Le séjour y fût néanmoins très agréable.

Apparemment très agréable et bien placé.

Hote sympathique, disponible et à l écoute. Récupération des clés à 14h ce qui est rare, départ à midi. Terrasse agréable Localisation impeccable.

Great Property

Arnaud was a good host and his apartment was very conveniently located and as advertised online. The private balcony made a great difference in allowing us to enjoy a few meals outside and enjoy the good weather. Two small things to note however. Firstly we had to pay extra for sheets and towels (we had naively assumed that they would be automatically provided) and we also had some trouble with the front door which was difficult to open. Overall though, both the property and La Rochelle itself are highly recommended.

Très agréable appartement joliment décoré et fonctionnel petite terrasse tranquille. Il est idéalement situé proche du centre-ville et des plages je le conseille vivement. Petit plus à prévoir parasol surtout si canicule et micro onde.

Appartement très fonctionnel et calme malgré sa situation centrale, avec une terrasse qui constitue une vraie pièce en plus. Tous les commerces et le marché sont à 2 minutes à pieds. Propriétaires très sympathiques et excellente communication. J’y retournerai avec plaisir!

L'appartement est conforme à la description et le propriétaire était facilement rejoignable. Cependant c'est un appartement de fumeur avec l'odeur de tabac froid imprégné dans tout et le ménage manquait un peu de fini. C'est dans un secteur de la ville très bruyant. Nous avons quitté avant la fin de notre séjour car cela ne nous convenait pas du tout.

Cœur de centre ville

Idéalement situé en pleine "vieille ville" Supérette, marché, resto, tout est à proximité Un peu galère pour se garer, nous avons opté pour le parking souterrain juste à côté mais payant, plus sécurisé. Propriétaire de très bon conseil concernant les restos bien côtés.

Emplacement idéal.

Appartement idéalement placé, à 2 min du marché, 5 minutes du port et parking gratuit à proximité donc on peut découvrir toute la ville à pied. Cadre chaleureux et accueil amical du propriétaire.
