Avoid the large crowds and hassle of the big condominium building chaos and elevators! This adorable townhome/condo is at ground level where you can park your vehicle at the front door. It’s tucked back in the secluded Mariner Lakes neighborhood, which is centrally located in the heart of Orange Beach. Dinning, shopping and the beach are all within walking distance. Enjoy our deeded beach access with assigned parking just across the street. Amenities include shared swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts. You are welcome to catch and release fish in the Mariner Lakes ponds! The townhome is 2 bedroom and 2.5 baths that sleeps a total of 6 with a queen pullout couch. The kitchen is updated with crisp white shaker cabinets and beautiful granite counter tops. It's fully equipped to help you prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for your family and friends. You are provided with WiFi internet access as well as each room is equipped with a smart TV with access to cable TV as well as internet TV. Enjoy spending time on the cozy screened in porch sipping coffee or any beverage of choice while observing the constant incredible wildlife! This townhome is truly a relaxing getaway!

1st Beach Vacation!

The location was perfect and we loved the property/quiet gated community. The parking spots across the street from the beach access were very convenient and always had an open spot. We had such a good time we're already planning on coming back!

Every this was great! The upstairs was a little uncomfortable because it was hot but I put in a request about it and someone came right out and took care of the problem. Which made me very happy ! For the quick response!!! The space was perfect for my family 2 adults and 3 children!!! Everything was close by! I couldn’t be more happy!!! Thank you and we will see you again next time!!!

Lovely place to stay with only two small complaints: 1. We are cyclists and found that we couldn't leave the property unless we were in the car. We couldn't find a way to open the gate to ride from the condo. Maybe there's a way we didn't know about? 2. Every chair needs to have the screws tightened. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again. Thank you!

Property was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. I had to buy more hangers as there was very few. Great location. Nice walk to beach and plenty of grocery shopping on way to beach. The 2.5 baths was great to have. I would definately come back, but not in January

Everything was good but the ac. Seems the unit never really cooled down and was pretty warm during my stay. The temps outside were pretty high. Unit was clean and had everything we needed.

All of the skillets had eggs left in them. They were in the counter. Some of them had grease with meat junk in them. I do have pictures you would ever like to see them and also they left one roll of toilet paper for three bathrooms.

Bamboozled

This property was cute. It Absolutely perfect for a couple on a relaxing getaway or perhaps one individual wanting to fish and possibly relax for a few days. It was memorial day weekend so i assume the guest may have wanted a little extra money. The description read no more than two cars on property, however that wasn't true. We were told that the host keeps their personal car in the garage so it wasn't available, leaving my disabled brother-in-law to have to park across the street and walk after suffering a stroke previously. Parking was limited across the street we were left with no parking spot on one night. Also the host was a bit rude and didn't want to be bothered, constantly referred me to the rental company for any questions or concerns. Tiny deck wasn't cleaned and the lights that were displayed in the description, didn't work. Overall i wasnt impressed but very much disappointed.

Great family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Our condo wasn’t ready for us at 4pm. We went got our groceries then came back to ask still not ready. Called at 5pm letting us know it was clean and ready for our check in. My only problem with it not being ready at 4pm is checkout is at 10am. Yet if we wasn’t out of our the property at 10am on checkout date. I’m sure there would have been fees for us to pay. Yet we was never offered a later checkout nothing. Wish the people that are giving all the info at check in. Would also give more information on where everything is located at on the property instead of making sure all the rules and regulations are told. Should be part of the jobs to make sure the customer are informed on the location of everything also. We had a hard time finding the dumpster and the beach excess.

Perfect!

Before we even got there, the owner Tina was great! Before I booked she was so quick to respond to all of my questions. After I booked she helped give suggestions for beach chair and umbrella rentals in the area. Once we got to the condo it was perfect for what we needed. The location is great, near everything we needed. Close enough to Gulf Shores that we drove there to eat twice during our stay. The beach access is perfect and just a two minute drive from the condo. You don’t even have to drive out on the main road to get to parking if you don’t want to. We were even able to just walk off of the back screened in deck and across the street to play tennis which was great as well! Would definitely go back and stay at the same property!!!

The price online was different from the price on the property . The lady Tina would not respond to me after explaining the cost of the property. Pull out sofa cover was dirty. Several outlets in the house didn’t work. No lights on the porch they were lying on the porch uninstalled front and back. I almost fell and sprung my ankle. The shower head broke while we were taking a shower. The management company didn’t have much info on the property because it was a new property to them. The management company was nice but the owner is a scammer.

Exactly what I needed

This property was mildly subjected to the hurricanes that passed through shortly before my stay, but the manager and owners were really good and the condo had all the necessary amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, great house, great vacation!

This was an excellent place to stay and Tina was wonderful to work with! The home is an easy 10 minute walk to the beach or a 2 minute drive to reserved parking just across the street from the beach – and there were always parking spots available every time we went by. There was parking space for one car in the driveway of the unit, and the visitor parking is directly across the street about 15 feet from the driveway. There is a Wal-Mart and a Publix within a couple minute drive and plenty of delicious restaurants nearby, including a couple within walking distance. The unit itself is gorgeous and the kitchen was great for cooking when we didn’t want to go out. The bedrooms were a good size and very comfortable and the living space downstairs was great for relaxing. Hurricane Sally came through during our stay, so we had to head back home to north Alabama for a bit, but Tina was wonderful about working with us and keeping us informed and we were very happy with the options she gave us to make up for the time we were gone. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again the next time we are in Orange Beach!
