Home is located on the 11th fairway of the Harbor Town golf course with long views of the 15th fairway and green from the kitchen. Home has been renovated in 2022. There are 5 bedrooms and each has a bath as well as a half bath in the laundry room. The garage loft bedroom is quite large and has a sitting area with a couch and chairs and a desk area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas grill provided for outdoor cooking. Hair dryers and makeup mirrors are provided in each bath.
