On the 2nd floor of a well maintained building, 4 levels, no elevator. Very bright, double exposure and double glazing. Fully furnished, arranged. Ideal for a romantic getaway or with friends. Linen and bathroom linen available to travellers. Apartment entrusted to a professional for cleaning between each occupant. For hot periods, an air cooler will be made available to you to spend pleasant nights.

A wonderful apartment on a lovely street in Le Marais - an excellent location, very convenient to the Metro. Bright, comfortable and well-equipped. The host, Inès, was very easy to communicate with, and she went out of her way to follow up with me regarding some documents I’d left behind. Highly recommend this vacation rental!

We stayed 3 nights. The flat is lovely comfortable and clean.and in a great location The bed was comfortable although a little smaller than we are accustomed to. The kitchen was well stocked. The host was kind and helpful snd check-in was smooth . The only down side is when the windows are open it can be noisy. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we return to Paris

Great location, clean and spacious apartment. However, the listing advertised as having air conditioning and there is no air conditioning. An air cooling unit was in the apartment, but it was really just a fan. Additionally, the host tried to charge me 70 for an early check-in, yet weDid not get an early check-in.

This is a wonderful apartment in the heart of Marais - fantastic location near great food and shopping and very close to the Metro. Ines was great at communicating with us regarding entry and exit, and she even let us in early for a small extra fee. The property was immaculate and very comfortable for two people.

Stayed over a heat wave in June and the apartment is advertised with Air conditioning however that was not the case. Instead, there is a fan that you need to put ice in! Totally unacceptable in 39 degrees. The apartment was like a sauna and it was not a great experience. The apartment was like a sauna and it was not a great experience. It’s also on the 2nd floor up a very tight, narrow, windy staircase. Not suitable for older visitors. Inez also requested 90 euros to use the sofa bed upon arrival after having disclosed that there were 4 guests months prior. Customer service confirmed that no more payment was needed to be made after the initial booking.

A truly perfect stay in the Marais. Ines is a lovely host, and the apartment is sparkling clean and instantly feels like home. I loved the spacious layout, beautiful natural light, comfortable bed, and inviting sitting area. The location is unbeatable—right outside your door are fantastic shops, restaurants, bakeries, and easy metro access. I’ve stayed in VRBOs all over the world, and this is easily one of my top two.

A great place to stay while visiting Paris. The apartment is locatedin the Marais, and walking distance to a lot of historic sites, museums, and restaurants. Only a few blocks from the Metro so you can easily access all of Paris via the Metro. The mattress was really comfortable too.

Beautiful apartment and fabulous area. Just 2 blocks from the metro and the neighborhood is phenomenal. We loved coming back every afternoon after touring for a glass of wine and fresh baguette as we looked out the big windows. Plus, Ines was so helpful.
