Features two bedrooms (total of 3 queen beds), loft with full bed, 1 and 1/2 baths, fully equipped galley kitchen, dining area, living room with additional queen sleeper sofa, patio with patio set, umbrella and BBQ grill, and large fenced yard. Amenities include central air, BBQ grill, new washer and dryer, hair dryers, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffeemakers, microwave, telephone, DVD/TV, DIRECTV, and wi-fi. New electric range and laminate floors throughout lower level. Smoke detectors (multiple) and carbon monoxide detectors on every level.

Weekly Rents only between Memorial Day and Labor Day, Sunday to Sunday.
