Magical Three Bedroom, Three Balcony Townhome overlooking the Chatahoochie River in Beautiful Alpine Helen, GA. Views of the river and the Helen Waterpark from each of the balconies. Relax in your own private oasis in the first floor master suite with private bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub not to mention the kitchenette, Fireplace and private balcony. On the main floor you'll find the Family Room with Fireplace, Dining area and Full Kitchen, Upstairs are two bedrooms with private baths.

Welcome to this beautiful Bavarian town with views of the river throughout. The neighborhood is situated in a quiet and private area. Take in all the sights with all the German architecture throughout.

Just a short walk to all the attractions of Helen. Relax on the decks, beside one of the two fireplaces or in the luxurious 4 person Hot Tub.
You can walk into town or drive your car to enjoy all the shops, restaurants and entertainment Helen has to offer. Look out for all the fun events throughout the year including Oktoberfest, Songwriters Festival and Christkindlemarkt to name a few. Don't forget the many state parks nearby for great hiking and sightseeing.

End of summer in Helen

Very nice, centrally located condo. It was so nice having en suites with each bedroom! Maybe invest in some nicer bath towels and some more dishes for the kitchen. But, otherwise, I would stay again and I would recommend it to anyone!

The pictures don’t do this property justice! Very cute and cozy. Love the layout and balconies. The kitchen has an updated coffee pot thats traditional and a Keurig, I know that’s helpful info for coffee drinkers like me :-) Thank you for the fun stay, we will be back!

Incredibly clean. Nicely decorated for present season….Christmas. Home itself decor was so welcoming making the experience a “wanna come back”; a cozy warm atmosphere. Extremely roomy for our family of 9. Adequate accommodations. It was as magical.

We just love Helen! This beautiful home is just far enough away from the action to be a calm and quiet getaway but close enough to easily walk to all the attractions. Not to mention...It's right on the Chatahoochie River!

Plenty of room to stretch out here with two primary suites, full living and dining rooms and a full kitchen and let's not forget about the THREE decks overlooking the river, one with it's own 4 person hot tub.
