Newly renovated home, beautifully decorated within walking distance to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Enjoy the large open green space or lounge by the pool. Arrive and park in the covered carport with space for two cars. Walk in the front door to see the pool, palm trees and expansive lawn. Terrazzo counters, with European appliances and plenty of ice await. Compact floor plan allows for plenty of time together around the big screen TV, playing games at the vintage Mid-century dining table (seats 6 or expands to seat 8) or snuggled in the well appointed beds. The Pink Bedroom has a king bed, premium mattress and it's own bathroom with shower. The Black and White bedroom also has a king size bed and large closet. The Green Bedroom has two full size beds and large closet. Patio is appointed with lounge furniture and dining table for six. Why they chose this property
The Pink House is part of a unique development in the late 1950's- 20 homes built around a huge green space with shared pool, volley ball net, basketball hoop is a dream come true.
What makes this property unique
The mature tree in the back provides afternoon shade. The sunrise reflecting off the hills that you see from the kitchen. Coffee on the patio. The kids throwing a ball on the lawn. It's paradise, really.
