THE SETTING

Located 3 km from the charming village of Arcangues, this lovely, contemporary, and cosy family home makes you feel right at home. This cosy, intimate home is a pleasure to stay in year-round—whether you’re relaxing in the cosy living room or on the large outdoor terrace overlooking La Rhune and the Basque countryside.

THE HOUSE
As soon as you step into the living room, you’ll be impressed by the unobstructed view from this stunning space. The room, which opens onto a large wooden terrace, enjoys plenty of natural light throughout the day thanks to its orientation. The kitchen features a long worktop and opens onto a comfortable living area. Outside, on the terrace, you can enjoy a large set of patio furniture with views of Mount La Rhune and the Basque countryside—perfect for enjoying aperitifs and grilled dishes on the plancha!!!

THE BEDROOMS
The house has four bedrooms: one downstairs and the other three upstairs.
Please note that each room has its own shower room with a sink.
A spacious master suite with a double shower has also been designed for added comfort, featuring an adjoining outdoor terrace where you can enjoy breakfast!!!

THE SURROUNDING AREA
Of course, there’s the charming village of Arcangues and its famous castle, which you can tour... The restaurants in the village, and its 18-hole golf course with breathtaking views....
As for shopping, there are, of course, the Docks de Biarritz, just 7 km away.

La maison est très agréable. La clim a été très appréciée avec les grosses chaleurs. Grande pièce à vivre, 4 chambres avec salle de bain individuelle Un peu isolée mais on a profité du calme
