App. SA MANEGA 5-O: The apartment is located on the 5th Floor (elevator!)Directly, in the southern and newer hotel area of Cala Millor, in a neat and quiet private residential home with mainly German and English owners. Covered parking space in the hotel yard can be rented for 3,00 € / day, if available.
Completely and very lavishly renovated, this apartment is modern and comfortable. Since 2018 she has a license for holiday letting (ETVPL / 13232) from the tourism authority. It is located right on the beach open on the south-east corner of the house, giving it the sun all day.
Through the glazed terrace, fully open, which was integrated into the living area, one has practically the entire apartment, incl. From the kitchen, a direct view of the sea and in the background on the adjacent nature reserve Punta de n'Amer '.
In the living room is the large and very comfortable corner sofa, living room table and a modern wall unit with the 42 'flat screen TV complement the decor. Radio / CD and separate speaker with Bluetooth connection for transferring your own music. Free Wi-Fi (own private network).

The kitchen is open to the living room, decorated in contemporary red, white and shades of gray. From the highest quality materials such as Silestone countertops. A wide breakfast bar with 2 bar stools they separate from the living room a bit. Zeran hob with 'soft touch' switches, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, generous amenities of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment, new everything! Large, 2 m high fridge with separate freezer.

Winter rental: The apartments have new windows with Climalit insulating glazing, 2 powerful air conditioning units with heat pump and good, double quilts and are well prepared for a rental in winter.
